It has been a long time since we’ve seen a new mode in Dragon Blaze. Outside of the revamped World Bosses, Revenge of Belphegor or Guild Adventure might be the last time we had something new to do. Well it looks like that has changed with the latest Dragon Blaze update.
This patch adds in not only a Valentine’s Day event, where you collect treats to be traded into a store, but the giant tower in the left portion of the Honor Gorge has finally opened its doors. This is called Nightmare and puts users up against the top players in both Buster and Hero Arena.
It’s not just about facing the strongest, but it’s similar to the tower in Mortal Kombat games where, if you win, you’ll continue up the rank until you reach the top. There are seven tiers, and if you can beat them, you will obtain chests that will unlock various rewards, such as Rubies, Essence and allies. The twist is that you will always have to start at the first fight, and if you fail, you won’t be able to cash in. It’s a risk reward situation that you will have to be certain you can win.
Dragon Blaze is available for free on iOS and Android devices.
