Orcs Must Die! Unchained Finally Gets a Release Date

After years of beta testing, Orcs Must Die! Unchained is finally ready for its big day.

Robot Entertainment has announced that Orcs Must Die! Unchained is finally ready for it’s full release. The action tower defense game launches April 19 on PC as a free-to-play title that features classic Orcs Must Die! gameplay players have come to love. The team also revealed Sabotage, a brand new 3v3 party game mode for head-to-head action.

In Sabotage, players assemble a team to defend their rift. The other team is playing the same map in a different dimension. These players will attempt to distract the other team with spells, minions, and huge bosses to sap away rift points. The team that ends up with the most rift points at the end of the match is declared the winner.

To celebrate the impending release of Orcs Must Die! Unchained, Robot Entertainment is kicking off Orc Week. Starting April 4 and ending on April 10, all Orcs Must Die! games and DLC will be 90% off. You will need Steam to get both Orcs Must Die! games and all the DLC.

Orcs Must Die! Uncharted is out on PC April 19 and can be downloaded for free off of Steam and the official Orcs Must Die! website. A PS4 version is currently in development with a release date set for later this year.
