Ever wanted to experience interdimensional travel? Worlds with limitless possibilities? Things the mind can’t comprehend…well that’s some other game. Rick and Morty going full VR is enough to tide those urges over though.
Owlchemy Labs, developer of Job Simulator, has now given the VR treatment to one Adult Swim’s most popular shows, Rick and Morty. Taking on the role of a clone of Morty players will follow Rick’s instructions at their own peril. With fully rendered rooms and multi-dimensional spaces to occupy there will be more than enough to do.
For the first-time fans of the series or even those new will be able to experience the joys of Ricks garage and the Smith household. Not so joyful actually, dark times. Players will also be able to use Rick’s portal gun and of course interact with many items/doodads seen throughout the show. There’s even real fake doors!
Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-ality will be available April 20 for HTC Vive and Oculus Rift on Steam and Oculus Home for 29.99 USD.
