Back in the 90s, doujin developer Child-Dream released A Scar of the Doll in Japanese. Developed with RPG Maker 95, it wasn’t particularly easy to get running by modern gamers. This was remeedied a bit by a release onto iOS and Android.
Now it’s easier to play Scar of the Doll thanks to its remastering having launched on Steam today. It offers a horror mystery tale where the protagonist searches for her lost sister. Interestingly enough, the author is also main scenario writer behind Folklore on PS3.
Scar of the Doll is available with a launch week discount of $7.49 on Steam.
