A Pro Edition of Call of Duty: WWII will launch this November and include some familiar bonuses.
We’re less than 24 hours away from the big Call of Duty: WWII reveal, but details continue to leak out thanks to marketing materials. Over the weekend, leaked materials from an Australian retailer gave us the first details about the game’s campaign, multiplayer, and co-op campaign. We also got confirmation of when the game will release, and that there will be a beta. Today’s leak comes from GameStop, and it has quite a bit of info.
Twitter User @JEEZUSHiGH managed to get his hands on a pre-order card for the Pro Edition of Call of Duty: WWII. First off, the Pro Edition will be exclusive to GameStop and come with a special steelbook. Secondly, it confirms that the private beta will be available first on PS4, which is similar to what happened with the Black Ops III and Infinite Warfare betas. Finally, it confirms that Call of Duty: WWII will have a season pass, which is expected to retail for $49.99 separately. No word on how much the Pro Edition will cost.
Call of Duty: WWII is the long-awaited return to the World War II era. The game will be officially revealed tomorrow, April 26 at 10am PDT during a livestream. We will likely receive details on all of the different editions of the game tomorrow as well.
