Bioware’s New IP Delayed Past March 2018

Ever since E3 2014, fans have been eagerly awaiting any form of news on Bioware’s newest IP, which was originally slated to launch sometime before March of 2018.

However, during an earnings call from EA yesterday, the publisher has confirmed that this new “live-service” project, code-named Dylan, has been delayed to FY 2019, which ranges from April 2018 to March 2019, meaning the delay could only be a matter of weeks or, potentially, a full year. While very little has been officially announced about the new IP, the “live-service” terminology seems to indicate a title similar to Destiny or The Division, while also likely featuring the RPG customization and lore that Bioware has become renowned for.
