Elgato’s Stream Deck Now Available

Best known for their consumer friendly capture cards, Elgato has begun shipping their latest piece of groundbreaking tech.

The company has created a Stream Deck to compliment their capture card lineup (especially their HD60S models) that allows you to have complete control of your streaming and recording within the reach of your finger tips. No longer will you have to fumble around various programs to get what you want; you can assign different tasks to one of the fifteen different customizable buttons of the deck.

“Elgato Gaming was built to address the needs of content creators, and the demand for seamless live content control has never been higher,” said Julian Fest, General Manager at Elgato Gaming. “Replacing messy, makeshift setups, Stream Deck allows content creators to focus on creating high quality content, and ultimately, engaging with their audience.”

With up to 210 different assignable actions, be it media functionality, opening up programs, files and websites, animated overlays or automated tweet/chat messages, the Stream Deck is a cushy little device that does come at a price: $149.99.

The Elgato Stream Deck is available today through their official store and Amazon, and is compatible with Windows 10 (64-bit) and MacOS 10.11 systems, requiring a USB 2.0 connection. Be sure to stay tuned for our review in the coming days.
