The living elemental, Swamp Thing is the protector of all plant life, what he refers to as “the Green.” As the violent affairs of humanity threaten to impact flora worldwide, Swamp Thing prepares his return to the fray to defend “the Green” from destruction.
Swamp Thing channels the nature around him when attacking his opponents. Many of his special moves do aim for the legs, which is great if you want to trip up the enemy.

Character Power – Swamp Life (Circle/B)
Swamp Thing creates Abigail’s Garden. While active, Abigail’s Garden prevents opponents from dashing or jumping when in it. They will also take damage over time.
Supermove – Green Kingdom (R2+L2/RT+LT)
Swamp Thing burrows his arms beneath the ground and grabs the opponent’s feet. This move is blockable through low-blocking or jumping, and Swamp Thing can execute this move from any distance. If successful, the enemy is pulled underground where they are pummeled by Swamp Thing’s giant fists. They are then grabbed by both hands, which slam their back against a rock. Finally, an uppercut brings them back to the surface.
