Rocket League’s Second Anniversary Update Includes New Arena, Songs

In just over a month, Psyonix’s arcade soccer smash hit will be celebrating its second anniversary, and it wouldn’t be a party without some presents.

As shown off in the trailer below, the newest Rocket League update will be adding a brand new standard stage, Champions Field, as well as two new import Battle-Cars: the Animus GP and Centio V17. July 5 also marks the arrival of eighteen new songs being added to the soundtrack, the start of Competitive Season 5, and two new customization types: goal explosions and engine sounds. Fans can also expect the usual slew of new item drops and achievements that arrive alongside most Rocket League updates.

Rocket League is out now on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
