E3 2017: Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite Brings New Gameplay Trailer

To lay down the barest of reasons that people may like Marvel vs. Capcom as a series: it allows everyone to play as their favorite Marvel or Capcom characters and have them do terrible, violent things to one another. Not to say that it’s easy, but the combo-loving series is back in Infinite with new mechanics meant to compliment it’s hard-hitting nature. While it’s still too early to say what this may mean for how the game will actually play, and what shape the competitive scene will take, it does seem at least clear that the basic makings of a fine entry in the series are here. The characters are animating well, there are some team-ups that people didn’t even know they wanted, and the story content actually makes the package more appealing.
