Monster-Hunting Side-Scroller Earth Atlantis Heading to Switch

Described by some as sharing the visual aesthetic of an old Game Boy title, others recognising the distinctly sketched-map vibe to its art-style, developers Pixel Perfex — with the help of Headup Games — will be bringing their hand-drawn, underwater, side-scrolling title Earth Atlantis to Nintendo Switch this Fall.

Not only are players required to make their way through the flooded post-apocalyptic version of Earth presented in the game, but will inevitably come face to face with a slew of oceanic monstrosities and perils along the way — some of which you’ll be required to actually hunt down in what’s been described as a monster-hunting type of side-scroller shooter.
