Every once in a while we see games launch that offer players a chance to get their hands dirty with programming concepts. They vary from very simple exercises to quite challenging for coding newcomers.
Code World looks like a relatively friendly (but also legitimate) introduction to Python programming. In the game, players control a robot which sends messages that the player writes to objects in the environment.
Players will need to read real code, modify it, and hopefully not make too many endless loops in the process. Code World is available on Steam for $4.99.
