The highly anticipated expansion to Warframe now has an official release window, and it’s close. While it was speculated for some time now that it would release in the early aughts of October, Digital Extremes’ Rebecca Ford posted an update of Plains of Eidolon, not only showing off the large map that will be available, but giving players a good understanding when you can expect to chart this open area: within ten days.
While the release date doesn’t seem to be 100% finalized, it will be coming very soon, at least for PC users. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players will likely have to wait an extra month before this hits. In addition, The Quest for Gara has been announced to be come before the Plains of Eidolon in order to introduce the Glassframe that was revealed earlier this year, Gara. Unfortunately, it is suggested that this quest might get delayed by a week due to scheduling conflicts.
Warframe is available right now for free on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
