Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links Surpasses 55 Million Downloads, Celebrates With Free Reward

Konami on Sunday confirmed that Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links has surpassed 55 million downloads worldwide.

The announcement was made through the Duel Links app, with the Yu-Gi-Oh! publisher revealing how it plans to celebrate the milestone for its free-to-play mobile title.

“In appreciation of the support to reach this milestone, as a token of our gratitude, we will be giving away a total of 275 Gems to players who log in [to Duel Links] every day during the giveaway,” Konami said.

Gems, which are Duel Links’ in-game currency, will be distributed from Sunday, October 15 to Thursday, October 17. Duel Links players will receive 55 Gems per day.

Duel Links, which Konami announced in 2016, first launched in Japan and then later received a worldwide release.

Konami recently added a new update to Duel Links, introducing the first set of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX characters and cards.

Duel Links is available for download on iOS and Android devices.
