Legends Never Die Gets a Cinematic Release

Before the beginning of Worlds the anthem of this year’s tournament, Legends Never Die, was released and just a static image showed. Now, you can watch the cinematics that goes with it.

The theme of this year’s Worlds is asking players what kind of legacy will they be leaving behind. This is where you make the name for yourself and be forever remembered within the realm of League of Legends. There are a lot of great players like Clearlove, Crown, Impact, Bjergsen and Uzi who need(ed) good showings here to solidify their status as one of the greats. The only player who’s cemented a solid legacy and is seemingly infallible to any of his team’s failings is Faker. That’s because he performs on the worlds biggest stage for League of Legends.

So how does this video encapsulate all of that? It shows Ashe, Garen, and Lee Sin work their way to the champions we know them as now. Their trials and tribulations along the way. If you’re a fan of the previos animations for Worlds videos I think you’ll enjoy this one as well. You can watch it below.
