Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy was an entertaining PS2-era 3D Legend of Zelda-style game, and one that flew under the radar in its time. It hit the PS2, GameCube and Xbox – but hasn’t been released on modern devices. Now, anyone with a modern PC can enjoy it and do so in either DRM-free formats via GOG or via Steam. The game’s default price is $14.99, but the launch week sale on both services brings it down to $9.89. If you enjoyed it back in the day and want to enjoy it again without the hassle of hooking up hold hardware, give it a shot during the launch week. Otherwise, it’s a great time for newcomers to enjoy it as well.
