Call of Duty: Heroes is celebrating it’s third anniversary and commemorating global downloads with Call of Duty: WWII themed content.
Call of Duty: Heroes, a downloadable mobile title based on the long-running franchise, has been downloaded 45 million times during it’s three-year lifespan. To celebrate all the success the game has had these past years, Activision is releasing a new update that adds content from Call of Duty: WWII.
With the latest update, players can now unlock Ronald “Red” Daniels, the protagonist from Call of Duty: WWII, and unleash his devastating killstreaks. The new Artillery Barrage unleashes a salvo of strikes that deal damage to a target area, while the Molotov Cocktails allows Daniel to unleash fiery damage over time. On top of this, there’s also the Fighter Pilot that allows players to call in a fighter plane for a strafing run. Other WWII themed content includes the P-47 Thunderbolt and the World War II base theme, Beachfront.
Finally, players will get to experience special bonus in-game events and promotions all month long. Manage to login at least once during November and you’ll recieve a gift of Celerium, Medals, Skill Points and Prestige Tokens.
Call of Duty: Heroes can be downloaded on iOS, Android, Amazon, and Windows devices.
