Bethesda Softworks have officially announced RAGE 2 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC a day after the game was leaked.
The world of RAGE is back after a multi-year hiatus. RAGE 2 is officially coming to consoles and PC. Players will dive into a dystopian world where society, law, and order have collapsed. Like its predecessor, RAGE 2 will be an FPS where you can go anywhere, shoot anything, and explode everything. The gameplay will be officially revealed tomorrow, May 15.
RAGE originally launched back in 2011 on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. Developed by id Software, the game was praised for its gameplay mechanics and graphics, but dinged for it’s story and lack of direction. RAGE 2 is being handled by Avalanche Studios (Just Cause series), and the trailer suggests the game will be very different in tone from it’s predecessor.
Be sure to check back tomorrow for the RAGE 2 gameplay reveal. Expect to see even more of the game at E3 2018.
