MSI Knockout Stage is Set

After five days of League of Legends Group Stage action and a major Team Liquid comeback, the Knockout Stage is set for the Mid-Season Invitational.

Unfortunately for NA, Team Liquid couldn’t finalize the major comeback with a tiebreaker win over Fnatic, but Doublelift did manage to make an international believer out of me with huge carries in all of his games.

NA problems aside the final four teams in the MSI tournament are Flash Wolves, King-Zone DragonX, Royal Never Give Up and Fnatic. The first two and the last two will be facing off against each other in a Bo5 series in back to back games starting Friday. Action will start at 5 a.m. CDT on both games with rebroadcasts throughout the day. You can see the final standings for the Group Stage here.
