Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon was announced a mere two weeks ago, and has already hit five platforms. Initi Creates has been crafting some of the best retro-style games for the past few years and this is no exception. This 8-bit-inspired companion game to Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is very similar to what Mighty Gunvolt Burst was for Mighty No. 9 players – a preview of what to expect in the main game that also provides its own unique spin on things. Here, you can progress in the game and eventually swap between four different characters in real-time. Some characters and their skills work better against some bosses than others – adding a Mega Man-style ordering approach to things. While the Xbox One release was pushed back a bit, you can now play and enjoy Curse of the Moon on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, 3DS, Switch, and on PC via Steam for only $9.99.
