PlayStation Plus June Games Announced

Free monthly games are certainly a bonus with a PlayStation Plus subscription, and June brings an excellent title and some other options. X-COM 2 will be the main game offered for the month of June. The strategy game that is laughably difficult is the latest title in a series that dates back to the mid 1990’s. The series was rebooted with a modern version back in 2012 with the second releasing back in early 2016. The game uses a grid based system for combat that features a line-of-sight to take down enemies. Include that with base and tech development while keeping your soldiers healthy and battle-ready equates to an addictive and difficult experience.

Other games coming for the month of June include Trials Fusion, a motocross game, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, Zombie Driver HD Complete Edition, Square and Atomic Ninjas. Ghost Recon and Zombie Driver are available on PS3 while Square and Atomic Ninjas is on the Vita. Announced yesterday was the Days of Play sale with PlayStation and a one year PS Plus subscription can be picked up for $50. There is still a week left to pick up May’s games which included Beyond: Two Souls.
