If you’re not fortunate enough to actually go to this year’s E3 conference, fear not because PlayStation’s E3 Experience returns to theaters across the world. This fifth annual broadcast will showcase PlayStation’s conference live in select theaters across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and now Chile. In addition to being able to see the conference on the big screen, attendees this year will be able to take home an exclusive poster and other exclusive swag. For those wanting more than physical gifts, some digital goodies will also be distributed via the Experience PlayStation app. In order to receive those digital items, make sure to download the app before you arrive at the theater to redeem them immediately.
Tickets are free and will be available starting on Tuesday, June 5 at 11:00 AM PDT while supplies last. Check in with the PlayStation Blog for the link to get tickets as it goes live. Supplies are limited, so once the tickets are gone, they’re gone. Attendees must be seventeen years of age or older (a valid ID will be required to enter) to attend and registering for a ticket reserves you a seat as long as you check in at the theater thirty minutes before the show begins. Like a plane ticket at the airport, if you fail to check in your seat will be released to non-ticketed fans on a first come-first served basis. Those without tickets can queue at their select theater starting exactly two hours before showtime. Open seats will be given to those in the queue on a first-come first-served basis starting thirty minutes before the show starts. Make sure to set reminders for when those tickets go live and check the PlayStation Blog for theater locations.
