E3 2018: Cyberpunk 2077 Finally Gets a New, Proper Trailer

CD Projekt red’s next big game, Cyberpunk 2077, has been a bit of an enigma. It was first announced way back in 2013, but very little has been revealed about the game since then. Meanwhile the developers have had to deal with the likes of files concerning the game actually being held for ransom, but if you know anything about CD Projekt Red, they are determined as all hell, spending years to perfect anything and not allowing obstacles to mess with them. And now we finally get a new trailer showcased during Microsoft’s E3 press conference, and it just made several of us here at HG weep in glory.

While the new clip (seen below) is focused more on cinematic as opposed to gameplay, it does a stellar job of world-building when it comes to this continuation of the Cyberpunk 2020 universe, showing off the various vices of Night City and introducing us to our main character a hired gun named V (and his jacket’s insane ’80s collar). It has as wanting more, and while no release date has been announced yet for Cyberpunk 2077, we’ll keep you updated with any new details as they come.
