E3 2018: Elder Scrolls Mobile Game Announced as Blades

Todd Howard mentioned how much the team has always wanted to bring their hit franchises to mobile devices. For years since the announcement of the first iPhone, they have been trying to figure it out! Today, The Elder Scrolls: Blades has been revealed after meticulously crafting the title to run on your phone.

It is a massive RPG with console quality graphics. Walk using tap function or dual sticks and combat follows all your specific moves and timing. There are procedurally generated dungeons to explore while fighting off enemies using melee or magic. Design your character the way you want by leveling up and picking various abilities. The game can be played in portrait or landscape position to fit your comfort.

There are a couple of different modes to check out. The Abyss allows you to fight your way through an endless roguelike dungeon and see how far you can get. Arena takes you to one-on-one battles with other players. The main mode is called the Town. As a member of the empire’s elite soldiers you will return to a destroyed hometown. Now, you can rebuild in a customized manner and head out to visit ones made by friends.
