E3 2018: Phantom Doctrine Covertly Releases a New Trailer

Given the sheer amount of leaks that have surfaced leading up to E3 this year, it only seems fitting that one of the games showcased during it would be one about espionage and attempting to keep things a secret. Good Shepherd and developers CreativeForge Games have crafted a new trailer for their upcoming turn-based spy thriller Phantom Doctrine that gives focus to both story and gameplay (while revealing that the game will now be headed to the PS4 and Xbox One in the process), and as you can see here, it’s shaping up to be one promising bit of Cold War entertainment.

Taking on a global conspiracy in an alternate version of the 1980s, players find themselves driven underground, now leading their top secret organization to solve the mystery of The Beholder Initiative from even deeper in the shadows as they infiltrate headquarters, gather intel, craft disguises and identities, and even drug agents or brainwash and torture enemies if needed in order to get to the truth. It looks like its still an impressive bit of work, so keep an eye out for Phantom Doctrine when it comes out later this year for PC, PS4, and XB1.
