Slime-San has been hanging out on PC and Switch long enough so it’s about time the other consoles got a little gooey loving. The cute lo-fi hardcore platformer came out a bit over a year ago in April 2017 and since then it’s received two major free updates that added a new scenario apiece, with over twenty levels each plus tweaks and extra goodies (like a customizable slime-house) to earn the game its Superslime Edition subtitle. That’s a lot of squishy green action and it can no longer be constrained to a mere two platforms, so both Sony and Microsoft are finally getting versions to call their own. Slime-San: Superslime Edition lands on Xbox One on June 22, followed by the PS4 version on June 26. To make the wait a little more special, though, there’s a new Accolades Trailer available that basks in the warm and fuzzy glow of some well-earned awards. If you’re feeling impatient and your shelf is empty, the Switch physical edition is currently still in pre-order status for another week and a half over at Limited Run Games, although it seems fairly likely that if you wait a bit a physical PS4 version will be along in a while as well.
