Although June has proven to be one of the busiest months of the year for gaming news thanks to E3, gaming releases often tend to be few and far between in this summer month.
As a result, the only June 2018 release to grace the top PlayStation Store downloads of that same month is Jurassic World: Evolution, coming in at seventh. Coming in to claim the number one spot is Grand Theft Auto V, Rockstar’s 2013 open world phenomenon that is still managing to consistently grace best-selling lists almost half a decade later. FIFA 18 and God of War round out the top three for PS4 titles, while H1Z1: Battle Royale manages to do the unlikely and top Fortnite for the most-downloaded free-to-play game last month.
