Ever since the first teases of a new Pokémon game on the Switch, fans have been absolutely obsessed with the details. Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee are combining old and new gameplay from various entries of the series. Today, a brand new trailer was posted which gives us just a little bit more to learn.
We get to see the inside of the first two gyms, from Pewter Town and Cerulean City, and can see some of the layout as well as decorations. We get to see Brock, Misty, Professor Oak and your friendly new rival. Friends can join your game in co-op mode which makes it so much easier to battle and trade one another. The Pokémon you select to follow along will be able to locate hidden items throughout the area. Each version will have their own set of exclusive Pokémon. Let’s Go Pikachu features Oddish, Sandshrew and Growlithe while Let’s Go Eevee has Bellsprout, Vulpix and Meowth. The one you do start out with, either Pikachu or Eevee, aren’t interested in evolving but love to interact with their trainers.
Both an English and Japanese video were revealed and contain some differences. Check them out below so you can keep learning about these new titles. Catch them in stores on November 16 to play for yourself.
