Believe us when we say Strange Brigade is shaping up to be one heck of a fun time, leading up to its release across PS4, Xbox One & PC on August 28, but for those looking for a bit more, while it might not be some grand AAA releases, it hasn’t stopped developer-publisher Rebellion from continuing to support the game in the near future and today, we got a sneak peak as to what the game’s Season Pass in store. Firstly, a separate and stand-alone, three-part mini-campaign will come bundled alongside an increased roster of characters all of which have their own new and unique skill-set, as well as additional weapons, outfits and amulet abilities.
Fortunately, Strange Brigade will get its share of updates outside the framework of its Season Pass with Rebellion promising to add new content on a monthly basis following release, albeit for an undisclosed duration. Regardless, from what we’ve played of the game thus far, Season Pass or not, Strange Brigade has all the hallmarks of a potentially entertaining third-person shooter, be it alone or with fellow players. You can see more of the game’s “post-launch panache” in the trailer below.
