With the first ever Overwatch Grand Finals coming to a close and a new hero added to the roster, fans are patiently waiting for the next big event from the critically-acclaimed team-based shooter. The wait will soon be over as Blizzard has announced that the Summer Games event will return. Fan-favorite arcade mode Lucio Ball will be back with a new map. New skins, emotes and other cosmetic items will be available for purchase (or grinding for those of us on a budget). As usual, any older Summer Games event skins will also be available to unlock.
Get ready heroes, the Overwatch Summer Games begin on August 9 for Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4.
You’ll get a kick out of this! ⚽
