Activision and From Software today announced that Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice hits PS4, Xbox One, and PC March 2019.
From Software’s latest action-adventure game is coming out real soon. Publisher Activision announced when exactly the game will release, March 22, 2019. Players can get their hands on the game for the first time ever this week at Gamescom 2018.
“We can’t wait for fans to finally get their hands on Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice,” said Steve Young, Chief Revenue Officer at Activision. “Fans will get a taste of the multiple tools available for the prosthetic shinobi arm this week at Gamescom, and will be able to fully dive into the brutal, dark world of 1500s Sengoku Japan when the game launches on March 22, 2019.”
In Sekiro, you play as the ‘one-armed wolf,’ a samurai outfitted with a prosthetic arm. Defeated in combat, our protagonist embarks on a quest to save his master, a young lord, and exact revenge on the man who defeated him and cut off his arm. Players utilize his new prosthetic arm to traverse the environment and create dynamic gameplay opportunities. Gamescom attendees will get to experience all these features at the Activision booth.
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is out March 22, 2019 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
