The original release of Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams was outstanding – and one of the better 2D platformers on the market at the time. Since then, the game has been released on modern-day platforms like the Xbox One with new content. Today, THQ Nordic announced that the Owltimate Edition will not only bring all of the existing content, but also add five new stages and add new cutscenes to the game when it makes its debut on the Nintendo Switch. New songs are being created by Chris Huelsbeck and Machine Supremacy, which should be fantastic as the original game’s soundtrack was top-notch stuff. THQ Nordic will not be handling the publishing duties formally – but will instead be using its HandyGames affiliate label to release it on the Switch. Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams – Owltimate Edition will be released on September 25 for $29.99.
