Treyarch and Activision today dropped the gameplay launch trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.
Deviating from the traditional early November release, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 launches earlier this year. On October 12, the floodgates unleash, giving players access to Treyarch’s latest game.
Unlike previous entries, Black Ops 4 focuses entirely on the online experience. The game dumps the traditional single player campaign in favor of expanded multiplayer, Zombies, and a new Battle Royale mode.
- Multiplayer – Take the fight online as you choose from ten different Specialists with unique abilities and equipment. Featuring the return of Pick 10, mix and match weapons, equipment, and perks as you build your ultimate class. Finally, clash with the enemy across various maps and modes.
- Zombies – Black Ops 4 launches with three Zombies maps, the most of any Call of Duty game yet. Fight on the Titantic in ‘Voyage of Despair,’ survive in a gladitorial arena in ‘IX,’ and experience Alcatraz in ‘Blood of the Dead.’
- Blackout – Call of Duty meets Battle Royale in this new mode. Drop into Call of Duty’s largest map yet, hunt for supplies, and survive.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is out October 12 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
