Black Desert Online, the MMORPG from Pearl Abyss, has reached ten million registered users.
The Korean-based developer has revealed that it plans to celebrate the milestone with its ‘Celebrating Millions’ event, which kicks off after the title’s maintenance this week.
The event, which will be running for three consecutive weeks, begins with players receiving Cliff’s Weapons as part of the ‘Choice of 10 Million,’ with the studio saying that they can be “exchanged into Gold Bars depending on the level of enhancement.”
According to Pearl Abyss, further details on new events and benefits are to be revealed in the coming weeks.
Players will also be treated to different special login rewards, including Shakatu’s Luxury Box, Artisan’s Memory (x5) and Advice of Valks (+50).
Black Desert Online is available for download on PC.
Hardcore Gamer’s review for the title called it a “beautiful game marred by inept tutorials and an impenetrable story.”
