It’s been a long time coming but YouTube is finally available for the Switch. There wasn’t much else to do on the console besides watch Hulu and play games but now we all have a new way of procrastinating from anything else important!
YouTube is free to download and available to download immediately. Upon signing in on the app you will have to activate the download with a code on your computer or mobile device. This will connect to your account which is pretty fast and easy to operate. As soon as the code is entered the app will automatically refresh and the Switch is now your brand new streaming device! It seems to act similarly to other versions of the app like those found on a smart TV.
You can see the announcement below and start watching all kinds of interesting or goofy content!
Kick back and relax with @YouTube on your #NintendoSwitch. Enjoy entertainment like music videos and shows, plus gaming livestreams, how-to guides and much more. YouTube is now available to download from Nintendo #eShop.
