Music is very important in video games and even when being used to promote them. A new behind-the-scenes video into the creation of scores for Pokémon GO teasers and trailers has been released. It isn’t very detailed but certainly interesting.
Musicians gather at Air Studios in London to churn out some classical compositions fitting the Sinnoh region of Pokémon. We see how the music for the teaser video and trailer are matched up with animation. Everything is very serene and peaceful with Chimchar, Pachirisu and many different species frolicking and roaming the areas. You can even tell how it gets a little more intense as soon as Giratina appears.
Pokémon Go players are getting a bit more back into the game now that Sinnoh region Pokémon have been added. Also, its connection to Let’s Go, Pikachu and Let’s Go, Eevee allows users to transfer Pokémon back and forth. It’s great to see this video being released so we can appreciate a magical musical touch to the beloved series.
