Activision and From Software today dropped a new story trailer for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
The trailer focuses on the aftermath of a gruesome battle. Once the smoke clears, only a young boy is left alive. The Owl takes him in as his new apprentice. Years later, that young boy evolves into the game’s main protagonist, Sekiro.
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice takes place in the late 1500s within Sengoku Japan. It is a brutal time filled with conflict and larger than life foes. Following an encounter that cost Sekiro his left arm, you head out on a quest for revenge. As Sekiro, you’ll wield deadly prosthetic tools and ninja abilities as you carve a path across Japan to rescue your kidnapped lord.
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is out March 22 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
